HIFK was one of 20 clubs from Finland that had teams playing during Atlas Cup 2023. They participated with 5 teams in Mini Pojat, F-Pojat 14, E-Pojat 13, D-Pojat 11 and C-Pojat 09 respectively. The team in C-Pojat 09 made it to the the in B-loppupelit, but lost it against Sjundeå IF by 10-20.
In addition to this, HIFK have participated in Atlas Cup before. During Atlas Cup 2022, HIFK had 4 teams playing in Mini Pojat, F-Pojat 13 and E-Pojat 12 respectively. Two teams played until Loppuottelu in Playoff A; F-Pojat 13 lost against BK-46 by 16-20 or E-Pojat 12 lost against Borgå Akilles by 15-18. HIFK comes from Helsinki which lies approximately 15 km from Vantaa, where Atlas Cup takes place.
